Senate Election Preference Survey (Mayo 26 - Hunyo 2, 2026)
A recent Senate election preference survey conducted by Arkipelago Analytics shows a tight race at the top, with Baste Duterte, Leni Robredo, and Robin Padilla sharing the lead. Each of the three candidates received 48 percent voter preference, placing them in a three-way tie for first to third place.
Following closely behind are Vico Sotto and Loren Legarda, who both recorded 45 percent voter preference and ranked fourth to fifth. Raffy Tulfo and Alan Peter Cayetano followed with 42 percent each, placing them in sixth to seventh place.
Rounding out the top ten are Pulong Duterte, Francis Escudero, and Mark Villar, each registering 39 percent voter preference. Jose Sixto Gonzales III “Dingdong” Dantes and Grace Poe completed the current top twelve, both receiving 35 percent voter preference.

A new national survey by Arkipelago Analytics shows that Filipino youth remain firmly opposed to restrictions on social media, even as many face worsening financial stress, lower happiness, and growing social disconnection.
The findings show that 8 in 10 Filipino youth oppose any form of social media restriction, underscoring the importance of digital spaces in the daily lives of young Filipinos for communication, information, and participation in public discourse.
At the same time, the survey reveals significant concerns about well-being and quality of life. Half of respondents said they are experiencing lower levels of happiness, with food security, rising prices, and loneliness identified as the three most dominant issues affecting them.

Pero kasabay ng matinding pagtatanggol nila sa kalayaan online, bumungad din ang mas mabigat na katotohanan: dumadami ang problemang pinansyal at emosyonal na kinakaharap ng kabataang Pilipino.
Ayon sa survey, kalahati ng mga respondent ang nagsabing mas mababa na ang kanilang antas ng kaligayahan. Tatlong pangunahing problema ang nangingibabaw sa kanilang buhay ngayon — seguridad sa pagkain, pagtaas ng presyo ng mga bilihin, at matinding kalungkutan.

Marriage Preferences of Gen Z (Pebrero 26 hanggang Marso 6, 2026)
According to Arkipelago Analytics, only 40 percent of Gen Z respondents say they want to get married someday. Of those, a significant 60 percent prefer to marry after the age of 35, well beyond the age norms followed by earlier generations.
The survey also revealed that 55 percent of Gen Z respondents do not feel any pressure to get married, suggesting a growing emphasis on personal choice and emotional readiness. For many, the decision to marry—if at all—is deeply rooted in trust, partnership, and shared values.
When asked why they would consider marriage, most Gen Z respondents emphasized emotional and relational reasons. The most cited motivation was to share life with someone they deeply love and trust, followed closely by the desire for a lifelong teammate and sexual compatibility and physical intimacy. Fewer respondents said they wanted to marry to raise children, build a home, or meet family and societal expectations. Notably, only small percentages identified religious beliefs or legal and financial stability as their primary reasons for marrying.
